Northwest Physiatry's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Practice
Northwest Physiatry Associates, Inc, P.S., is a group of physician owners who are unique in personality, yet united in their commitment to quality healthcare services, impeccable ethics, as well as their commitment to the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. We are a well respected part of the community of health care providers located in the North Seattle/Shoreline area.
Our medical office is located on the campus of Northwest Hospital. This location provides a beautiful and serene environment for our patients and ourselves, allowing for convenient access to the hospital where we perform both daily inpatient care and medical director services for the hospital’s Rehabilitation Center.

Our mission is to achieve optimal restoration for musculoskeletal or neurological dysfunction for our patients through expert diagnostic and rehabilitation services.
